Collaboration Rules
We welcome collaborations with dive centers, hotels, and other partners who would like to offer their guests a unique freediving and underwater photoshoot experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, please note the following rules.
  • Pricing
    • All services are offered at official Free Sharks prices. Prices available HERE.
    • Prices are fixed and must not be changed, increased, or discounted by the partner.
    • Clients will always pay the same rates as listed on Free Sharks’ website/official materials.
  • Commission
    Partners receive a 20% commission for every client they bring to us.
    Commission may be taken in one of two ways:
    • Deposit method: Partner collects 20% of the service price directly from the client as a booking deposit (this becomes their commission).
    • Payout method: Clients pay Free Sharks in full, and the partner receives their 20% commission as a transfer (monthly or after a set number of bookings).
    Commission is valid only after the client has completed the service!
  • Payment Handling
    • If the deposit method is used, the client pays the remaining balance directly to Free Sharks on the day of the service.
    • If the payout method is used, Free Sharks pays the commission to the partner monthly or by agreement.
  • Branding & Representation
    Partners may present Free Sharks services to their clients but must use official descriptions, photos, and price lists provided by us.
    Partners must represent Free Sharks in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling
    If a client cancels or doesn’t show up, commission is not paid.
    Rescheduled sessions are still valid for commission once completed.
  • Exclusivity
    This collaboration is non-exclusive: both parties are free to work with other partners.
  • Communication & Client Information
    All bookings should be communicated to Free Sharks in advance to ensure availability.
    Partners must collect and provide basic client information by filling in the official Free Sharks Client Form (provided separately).
    The form includes:
    • Full name
    • Date & time of booking
    • Chosen package
    • Contact details (phone/email)
    • Any relevant health and safety notes
